Quality Manager

ITL Solutions is a fast-growing ISO 9001:2015 certified Defense Contractor who supports our customers in the Maritime and Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) sectors. We are looking for a motivated individual to support our US Military and Federal Government Customers. The Quality Manager will assume responsibility monitoring and performance of the Quality Management Systems.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Manages QMS Certification (ISO, AS)
  • Performs and monitors Internal Audits
  • Reviews submitted corrective actions
  • Monitors customer satisfaction reporting

• Performs Quality Control functions as needed, including:
  • Reviewing/Submitting purchase requests
  • Performing required inspections and documenting results
  • Ensuring product conformance to contract requirements

• Reports on QA issues and concerns to CEO/Directors as required
• Perform site visits/external audits with suppliers as required
• Provides guidance regarding customer and company quality requirements
• Identifies and communicates Quality Control/Assurance resource requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Excellent written communication skills
• Competent with the MS Office Suite
• Familiar with the use of precision measuring equipment

Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 2+ Machining/Manufacturing
• 3+ years of Government Contract experience
• Familiar with GD&T symbology and application
• Knowledge of CUI handling requirements
• Use and operation of a bridge CMM
• Experience with conformance to Government requirements and documentation
