Shifts Available: Full-time, 8 Hour Shifts (2nd and 3rd)
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining machinery to produce high-quality products. This role involves setting up machines, loading materials, performing routine inspections, and ensuring that production runs smoothly and efficiently. The Machine Operator plays a crucial role in meeting production targets while adhering to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Setting up, operating, troubleshooting and maintaining various types of molding machinery, including Sand Blasters, Paint Booths, Rubber Extruders, Presses and Autoclaves.
- Conducting routine inspection and monitoring output of finished product using measurement tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Adhering to company policies, industry regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintaining accurate records of production progress, machine settings and performance and quality concerns.
- Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment; experience with rubber products and molding equipment preferred.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Knowledge of machining techniques, materials, and tooling.
- Expertise in using precision measuring instruments and quality control methods.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and mentoring.
