About Us

We are a growing precision machining company, proudly serving customers since 2010. As an ISO 9001:2015 certified and ITAR-registered facility, we are committed to quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.

Our clean, climate-controlled shop is equipped with late-model Citizen, Miyano, Haas, and Brother CNC machines, giving our team the tools they need to succeed. We take pride in our craftsmanship—and in the people behind it.

We’re looking for a hands-on Swiss CNC Shop Manager who thrives in a leadership role, takes ownership of production, and is passionate about delivering high-quality precision parts.

What You’ll Do: Lead the Swiss CNC Shop.

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of machinists and operators
  • Drive accountability for quality, productivity, and performance
  • Assign work, monitor progress, and provide hands-on support as needed
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement

Programming, Setup & Machining

  • Program, set up, and optimize Swiss CNC machines and possibly Citizen Miyano lathes.
  • Troubleshoot machining and quality issues to minimize downtime
  • Oversee first article inspections and ensure accurate documentation
  • Maintain and improve setup sheets, tooling strategies, and programs

Production & Scheduling

  • Plan and prioritize jobs to meet customer deadlines and maximize efficiency
  • Monitor cycle times, tool life, and scrap; implement improvements
  • Ensure all work meets print specifications and quality standards
  • Balance shop capacity and workflow to keep operations running smoothly

Planning & Coordination

  • Ensure tooling, materials, and resources are ready for upcoming jobs
  • Work with vendors to maintain proper tooling and inventory levels
  • Support quoting with accurate cycle times and process input

Continuous Improvement & Collaboration

  • Partner with quality and leadership teams to improve processes
  • Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with Swiss CNC programming and setup
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a machining environment
  • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize machining processes
  • Strong understanding of tight-tolerance, precision manufacturing
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with attention to detail

Why Join Us?

  • Stable, growing company with a strong industry reputation
  • Modern, well-maintained equipment in a clean, climate-controlled shop
  • Supportive team culture where your input is valued
  • Competitive pay and benefits
  • Opportunities for growth, training, and advancement
