Production Technician - Weekend Crew

Friday - Saturday - Sunday | 3 day/13 hour days 5:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Gulfport, Mississippi
Includes 20% Shift Differential

Essential Job Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Ability to read, write, follow instructions, and perform basic math
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to use measuring devices such as tape measures, speed squares, and framing squares
  • Willingness to learn tools including grinders, saws, routers, and sanders
  • Must be capable of safely handling chemicals and solvents
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong safety awareness and commitment
  • Due to the nature of our work, U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) is required

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Manufacturing or construction experience preferred

Trade Skill experience desired:
  • Carpentry
  • Painting
  • Mechanics
  • Home finishing
  • Knowledge of:
  • Carbon fiber
  • Fiberglass
  • Resin infusion
  • Vacuum bagging
  • Mold making
  • Forklift experience a plus
