- Inspecting and diagnosing mechanical issues with aerial lifts
- Performing regular maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements, and the checking of brake systems
- Repairing or replacing damaged or worn-out parts
- Performing electrical and hydraulic repairs as necessary
- Running diagnostic tests to ensure that repairs have been successful, and equipment is functioning properly
- Maintaining and ordering parts inventory
- Adhering to safety protocols and standards while working on heavy machinery
- Performing routine safety inspections on all lift equipment
- Documenting all repairs, inspections, and maintenance performed
- Staying updated on the latest safety regulations and procedures in the industry

Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an Aerial Lift Mechanic or similar role
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and engine repair
- Familiarity with various types of aerial lift equipment
- Ability to read and understand service and repair manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Certification in a relevant field is a plus
