BHI Energy is currently looking for a CCP Foreman at the Roxboro Fossil Plant, located in Roxboro, NC. This is a long-term positions and does not pay any perdiem or relocation fees. In this position you will be responsible for day-to-day direction and supervision of work activities of direct reports within assigned areas.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities -
Specific job responsibilities and duties should include but not be limited to:
Direct daily activities of assigned personnel
Augment and support assigned personnel in areas requiring additional assistance and at times where work demand his higher than expected
Conduct and document focused observations of work activities for safety and operational improvement opportunities
Provide direct coordination between client personnel and work group to understand daily and weekly work scope
All duties and responsibilities contained within Job Description for those personnel being supervised
Notify management of need for repairs
Additional Responsibilities:
Conduct and actively participate in Pre-Job and Safety Briefings
Follow established safe work practices
Use administrative documents, procedures, data sheets/forms properly
Climb and work from ladders and scaffolding if necessary
Capable of performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license required
High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass background and pre-employment drug screen.
1 year foreman experience.
