What You'll Do:
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines, equipment, and facility systems.
- Inspect machinery to identify potential issues and assist in troubleshooting.
- Lubricate equipment, clean parts, and maintain tools to ensure proper functioning.
- Assist in moving materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Support facility upkeep and ensure a clean, organized work environment.
- Follow all safety procedures and company protocols to maintain a secure workplace.
- Perform additional maintenance-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of CNC machinery and mechanical systems.
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills in English.
- Strong commitment to safety and proper use of safety equipment.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
Schedule
- Full-time, day shift(s)
- Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM -2:30 PM, or
- Monday -Thursday 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM / Every other Friday, 6:00 AM 2:30 PM (9/80)
Compensation
- Level 1: $19.50-$23.50 per hour
- Level 2: $23.50-$27.50 per hour

Physical Demands
Job duties are mainly performed in an open warehouse environment with a wider range of temperature variation and exposure to noise, vibrations, fumes, and chemicals.

- Frequent twisting, turning, reaching, grasping, and crawling.
- Occasional bending, squatting, climbing, and fine dexterity.
