SUMMARY:

The Production Technician meets daily production needs in manufacturing quality parts.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role does not have supervisory responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Work safely in a team environment
  • Meet daily production needs in manufacturing quality parts
  • Must be able to read and learn to interpret specification sheets and mechanical drawings
  • Must be able to learn to read precision measuring instruments
  • Set-up/Troubleshoot equipment
  • Assist other shifts or areas as needed
  • Keep work area clean


SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
  • Must be proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, specification sheets, and/or mechanical drawings and in precision measurement or become proficient through training.
  • Familiar with use of beakers, pipettes, hot plates, and other basic lab equipment.
  • Capable of collection Plating Bath Samples for analysis.
  • Experienced in basic Lab Safety.
  • Can conduct, under supervision, titrations, mixing solutions per recipe, and other basic lab scale tests.
  • Complete testing result reports and document on paper records.

SALARY RANGE:

$18.00 - $21.00 / Hour based on experience
