MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer II shall support the business in areas of new product development; process improvement; daily production support; manage key programs; analyze and interpret technical data (engineering drawings, specifications, purchase orders, etc.) and create routers, operations sheets, tools, and other necessary processes and equipment to produce a high-quality product.

MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Position Summary
The Manufacturing Engineer II shall support the business in areas of new product development; process improvement; daily production support; manage key programs; analyze and interpret technical data (engineering drawings, specifications, purchase orders, etc.) and create routers, operations sheets, tools, and other necessary processes and equipment to produce a high-quality product.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Based on requirements from customer orders, plan sequences of operations for fabrication and assembly of products
- Ensure efficient and effective manufacturing methods are used that are compatible with available machines
- Specifies, design and/or procures special tooling or equipment required to attain product per customer requirement within budgeted cost and time
- Participate in the Company's Corrective Action and MRB Boards
- Analyze and resolve fabrication and tooling issues to avoid problems
- Create new or modify existing manufacturing drawings using CAD methodology
- Value engineer existing products and processes to reduce cost, lead time and cycle times
- Comply with all company policies/procedures
- Comply with all military and contractual requirements
- Produce comprehensive engineering technical documentation
- All other duties and tasks as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial) from an accredited university
- At least 2 years of relevant Manufacturing Engineering experience preferred
