Summary

As a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator, you will be integral to the efficient management of inventory and logistics within our painting shop. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers and vendors promptly when they arrive
• Overseeing shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment.
• Label all items and organize in appropriate storage areas. Track completed items and prepare for shipment.
• Be qualified and skilled forklift operation. Previous experience with larger forklifts and loading trucks is required.
• Excellent computer skills and experience in data entry in inventory or job management systems.
• Experience with industrial/military parts and experience with blasting and painting a plus.

This is a high-profile job in our company and will involve managing multiple priorities during the course of the day. Requires self-starter who can take initiative and operate with limited supervision.

● Must be a US Citizen

● Lift 50 pounds repetitively

● Good driving record

● Valid Driver’s License

● Consistent access to reliable transportation

● Clean Background that would enable military base access
