The competitive Starting Pay Rate for this role is $19.50/hr. plus shift premium. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

As a Production Technician you will...
- Load and unload process equipment in a manufacturing environment.
- Operate process equipment to maintain product within customer specifications.
- Operate a forklift.
- Lift 50lbs & work in hot or cold environments.
- Maintain lot integrity by keeping accurate batch/run sheets.
- Problem solving and troubleshooting of equipment.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED Preferred (you will be required to obtain one with tuition assistance from BASF before moving to any other role at BASF)
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Be willing to work 2nd or 3rd shift. *1st shift is not available.
