We are searching for the best talent for Main Assembly Associate .

You will be responsible for:

  • Entry support individual contributor that completes routine tasks under close supervision, following a defined standard output or set of procedures. Provides assistance to internal teams in the Manufacturing Assembly area. Closely follows established administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables. Maintains high standards of professionalism, efficiency, personal communication, discretion, and independent judgment.
  • Conducts routine tasks for the support function of the Manufacturing Assembly area under direct supervision, and closely follows established administrative processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and quality of deliverables.
  • Completes maintenance tasks based on best practices in the industry in order to foster a safe working environment.
  • Installs components of basic in-process products, assemblies, or sub-assemblies on the assembly line.
  • Develops competency with routine machinery under direct supervision.
  • Records daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
  • Demonstrates Johnson & Johnson's Leadership Imperatives and Credo.
