The full pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00 per hour. The target hiring range is $32.00 - $36.00 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchasing processes: requisitions, purchase orders, confirmations, and deliveries
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure competitive pricing and terms
- Partner with operations to align purchasing with production schedules and forecasts
- Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and maintain strong vendor relationships
- Support inventory management and cost-reduction initiatives
- Coordinate with internal teams and accounting to ensure accurate purchasing records and payments
- Identify supply chain risks and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of purchasing or procurement experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and analytical skills
- Experience with ERP systems (Epicor a plus) and MS Office
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of inventory management, production planning, or demand forecasting preferred
