What You'll Do
- Lead process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement in production methods, equipment layout, material handling, and workforce utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and enhance profitability.
- Develop and maintain accurate data for manufacturing systems, including routings, work standards, lead times, and capacity planning.
- Review and implement quality requirements to ensure compliance with customer contracts and company standards.
- Collaborate across departments to align manufacturing practices with quality and operational goals.
- Create CNC programs for various machines using both manual and software-based methods.
- Present recommendations for capital investments, tooling, and process enhancements.
- Support new product launches and ensure readiness for production.

What We're Looking For
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in industrial/manufacturing environments with related responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead initiatives that drive measurable results
- Occasional bending and twisting.
- Ability to lift 10-20 lbs (and periodically heavier loads).
