Rogers Group is seeking a qualified WELDER & Fabricator for our East TN operations based out of Oak Ridge, TN. Must be comfortable with heights and working in a man lift.
Pay depending on experience.

Rogers Group is seeking a qualified WELDER & Fabricator for our East TN operations based out of Oak Ridge, TN. Must be comfortable with heights and working in a man lift.

The successful candidate for this role will have an uncompromising emphasis on safety excellence, be a self-starter and will have responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
- Inspect and perform daily maintenance on plant
- Inspect and perform repairs as needed for plant
- Inspect and maintain crushers, conveyors and screens for plant
- Fabricate various components for the plants throughout our East TN division
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance experience necessary
- Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed
- Ability to operate a man lift
- Arc welding experience preferred
- Experience in steel erection/destruction i.e., welding, cutting, and fitting preferred
- Experience working with crushers, conveyors, and screens a plus
- Previous experience working in a rock quarry preferred
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
