We are currently seeking skilled Marine Painters to support active shipyard projects across Hampton Roads. If you take pride in clean finishes, proper prep work, and working as part of a solid crew, this is your lane.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare surfaces by sandblasting, grinding, and cleaning
• Apply coatings, primers, and paints using brush, roller, or spray systems
• Ensure proper coating thickness and finish quality
• Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and ventilation protocols
• Work on ships, barges, and industrial marine structures
• Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Marine Painter or Industrial Painter (shipyard experience preferred)
• Knowledge of surface prep and coating applications
• Ability to work in physically demanding environments (heights, confined spaces, varying weather)
• Familiarity with safety standards and PPE requirements
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
