Install Quality Assurance Internship
We are looking for dedicated candidates to join our team as an Install Quality Assurance Intern. In this role, you will support the Integration QA team in developing automated regression tests and validating software releases to ensure the quality and performance of Electronic Board Systems (EBS) applications. This opportunity offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and a collaborative work environment where you will contribute to delivering high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate within an Agile Software Development Team, working alongside experienced members who will provide guidance, training, and daily support.
- Develop and maintain automated regression tests to support software quality and release readiness.
- Participate in software validation and release verification activities to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Assist in identifying, documenting, and resolving software defects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence to track issues, manage workflows, and document testing processes.
- Contribute to testing efforts including test case creation, execution, and reporting.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies within the team.
- Gain hands-on experience in software quality assurance within a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Work with modern tools and technologies in a dynamic, Agile development setting.
- Engage in mentorship opportunities and professional development as you contribute to real-world projects.
Qualifications:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program majoring in: Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
- At least a sophomore-level student or above in an Undergraduate or Graduate degree program
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and quality assurance concepts
- Experience or exposure to the following tools is preferred: Adobe Illustrator (preferred), Adobe XD (preferred), Adobe Photoshop, Sketch, Figma, or Zeplin
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
- Interest or experience in motion design or animation is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen interest in software quality and development
- A passion for learning, growth, and contributing to engineering excellence
