Your Role
Responsible for performing quality control inspections to ensure products meet established quality standards and customer expectations. This role supports efficient manufacturing operations by focusing on producing high-quality products correctly the first time while maintaining productivity. The position also serves as a role model for following and promoting company and site quality policies, procedures, and best practices. This is C shift position 11PM- 7AM.
Duties Include:
• Ensures the manufacture of quality product in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, Quality and Safety Specifications and GMP standards.
• Safely operates in a production environment.
• Support proper line opening and line closing through material control and proper machine set up.
• Accurately completing documentation per GMP standards while ensuring a clean and orderly workspace.
• Proactive identification of safety, quality, and productivity concerns. Actively report hazardous conditions or hazardous behaviors observed in the work center and the site and participates in sustainability efforts.
• Escalate issues to next level (technician, lead, supervisor, etc.) to prevent excessive downtime/scrap material.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Communicate and participate shift changeover with colleagues and leads.
• Training of operators on manufacturing process and product quality. Coaches team members on quality best practices, reviews production records and ERP transactions for accuracy, and supports R&D, testing, and continuous improvement projects to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Who You Are
Minimum Qualifications
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a GMP Manufacturing environment.
• High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Qualifications
• Read, follow and understand quality related and operating procedures and documentation.
• Solid understanding and application of intermediate math skills.
• Willingness to learn multiple production operations and adjust quickly to new tasks.
• Communicate effectively both in writing and verbally to report production information.
• Intermediate computer related skills to perform data entry and print reports.
• Certified trainer or equivalent training experience
Pay Range for this position: $20.00-$31.00 per hour
The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors.
