Supply Chain Buyer

Compensation: $68,000 to $102,000 Annually

This position ensure the right materials are available at the right place and time to support uninterrupted production. Reporting to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, the Supply Chain Buyer is responsible for supplier management, procurement execution, and inbound material flow to maintain operational continuity.Join our El Paso, TX team, where your contributions directly support mission-critical operations around the world.

Internally, this role will be referred to as Associate, End to End Flow Controller

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute MRP and manage supplier purchase orders
  • Ensure material availability and proactively resolve shortages
  • Manage supplier schedules and replenishment backlog
  • Monitor ERP messages and escalate recurring supply issues
  • Partner cross-functionally to improve material flow and planning accuracy
  • Support inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field

    1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
  • Effective supplier coordination and negotiation skills
  • High attention to detail with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
