Language Skills - Ability to read and comprehend detailed instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write detailed correspondence. Have the ability to effectively read and interpret blueprints and documents. Ability to communicate with people daily.
Mathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Have the ability to use metric conversions.
Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed and involved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities to which competency will be measured include the following:
- Must have good computer, communication and organizational skills.
- Must maintain proper inventory of production tooling and maintenance items through the use of a computer or physical inventory methods.
- Issue Tool Requests for replacement of Perishable and Durable Tooling to Manufacturing Department.
- Must help all personal in finding needed Tooling, Fixtures, Safety, Janitorial, supplies and maintenance items.
- Must help in maintaining Tooling and various Stock items in tool room/maintenance Dept.
- Will maintain Tool Crib Database and Tool Drawing Database. Also issue Drawings.
- Will maintain Tool Crib Database and enter all tooling/maintenance locations thru-out the plant.
- Maintain cleanliness of Tool Crib area and Vending Machine areas.
- Will work with all Coordinators to maintain correct and updated tooling in tooling databases.
- Will be responsible for complete training on vending and Tool Crib.
- Use of rolling staircases required and working at elevated levels.
- Must be able to lift 30 - 40 lbs., frequently, unassisted. 70 lbs. occasionally, with or without assistance.
- Will also work with ME personal, Shop supervisors, Purchasing & maintenance personal.
- Will maintain maintenance Item database.
- Will use barcode tags and the barcode printer.
