You play a critical role in protecting the performance and reliability of mission-critical technologies used across electronic warfare, radar, and advanced communications systems. As part of Teledyne Microwave Solutions-a global leader in high-power microwave and radio frequency technologies-you help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards demanded by the U.S. and allied defense platforms worldwide. Your expertise directly supports operational readiness, customer trust, and long-term product excellence.

Salary Range:
$50,600.00-$67,500.000

What you'll do
- Inspect incoming materials, in-process builds, and finished products for compliance with specifications
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and visual inspections using precision measurement tools
- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection plans
- Identify, document, and report nonconforming materials or processes
- Prepare inspection, rejection, and first article reports
- Communicate inspection results and recommend corrective actions
- Support quality audits and supplier inspections
- Enter inspection and test data into quality systems
- Apply acceptance or rejection identification as required
- Help reduce rework, downtime, and quality escapes
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications - required
- Experience using inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges - required
- Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical inspection methods - required
- High attention to detail and strong documentation skills - required
- Vocational certificate or Associate degree in a technical field - required
- 10+ years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment - required
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or high-reliability manufacturing - preferred
- Proficiency with computerized quality or data entry systems - preferred
