The salary range for this role is 66,800 USD - 127,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

What You Will Do
- Support Quality aspects of Qualification planning and test.
- Support documentation process for Engineering product transition to Production build.
- Verify, document and understand the process for obtaining Inspection, Test and Final Acceptance Stamps for Lab Personnel.
- Coordinate and support internal/external audit processes when applicable.
- Owner of procedures, policies and methods pertaining to Avionics Engineering Technical Servies.
- Critical Thinking: Using Logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
- Quality Control Analysis: Conducting inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
- Verify technical reports, developmental charts, graphs, and schematics that describe and illustrate system operating characteristics, malfunctions, and deviations from design specifications, for review and consideration by engineering team.
- Work independently on long term project goals with minimal supervision.
- Support factory transition of new products and provide ongoing factory support of legacy products.
- Handle multiple actions and projects at one time, and in some cases self-prioritize to meet new challenges.
- Read and understand product requirements, and to use those requirements to assist with the development of hardware integration and verification procedures. The hardware tests may be performed on a top-level unit, card level, or a single complex device (FPGA, or Microcontroller).
- Solve tough issues, and to be the go-to authority on Quality in the department.
- Support the development of new/ongoing Quality documentation.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Certification may be required for technical support roles
- Experience in Modification Processing (E-Mod, Flight Changes, R&H, Waivers, E-ITR Records Recording & CRG processing) for Top Level, Circuit Card or Component Level Inspection and Build
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience using SAP and FIT for configuration recording
- Experience as a Mentor
- Final Acceptance Inspections Experience
- Fluent in E-modifications/Conformities
- Fluent in Flight-Changes
