Job Description
The Assembler is responsible for performing any or all of the following job duties as assigned:

- Photographs
- Wash Boards
- Mechanical Assembly
- Routing
- Mechanical Rework
- Board Cleaning
- Operator Self Inspection
- Part Tinning
- Component Prep
- Complex Box Builds
- Coating
- Coating touch-up experience, preferred
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent
- Successful completion of the following training programs (which are provided):
- ESD & Class 0 Certification
- Component Identification Training
- Layout Training
- Right-To-Know Training
- Moisture Sensitive Devices
- Trained to IPC & J-STD certifications
- Component/PWB Handling
- Move Safe Product
- Part Installation
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Performs assessment of product quality
- Keeps work area clean and orderly
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate barcode scanning equipment
- Vision corrected to 20/20
- Standing for extended periods of time may be required
- Infrequent lifting and moving of material over 25 pounds and up to 60 pounds
- Ability to obtain a US Government granted security clearance, if necessary
