Conco Services LLC is looking for an Assembler I for our Verona, PA location.

Position Summary:

The Assembler I position performs repetitive workstation or line assembly operations to produce steel tube cleaners. The assembler may be required to work at different stations as production needs require. Tasks will be directed by the Team Lead, however successful candidates must be able to work with minimum oversite, pay attention to detail, perform preventative maintenance on equipment, transport and assemble equipment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Perform bench-type processes to complete mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies using hand tools and electronic and pneumatic tooling
  • Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand, power, pneumatic, and automated tools and equipment
  • Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment, and automatic fastener machine
  • Lifts, transports, assembles, and reassembles equipment and materials as required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety regulations
  • Set up and prepare support equipment as required
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance on equipment and report equipment malfunctions or defective materials to supervisor
  • Participate in team safety meetings and cross-functional planning sessions
  • Complete online and in-person safety training
  • Comply with all company safety policies, procedures, and employee responsibilities outlined in the Safety Policies and Procedures Manual
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Qualifications & Skills:
  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass drug and alcohol test
  • Basic knowledge and safe use of hand and power tools
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
  • Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
  • Must be able to follow directions for independent work
  • Must be self-motivated capable of working independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and extended shifts as business need requires

Physical Requirements:
  • While performing job functions you will need the:
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and move throughout the workday
  • Ability to frequently use hands and fingers to handle, operate, and manipulate tools, equipment, and materials requiring fine motor skills and manual dexterity
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders, scaffolding, and work at elevated heights as required
  • Ability to safely operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in various work environments
  • Ability to work in manufacturing, industrial, indoor, and outdoor environments, including exposure to noise, dust, and varying weather conditions
  • Ability to travel and drive for extended periods to customer sites, including remote locations, as business needs require

Work Environment:

The work environment involves manufacturing facilities. Employees may be exposed to loud noise, heavy machinery, and hazardous materials, high pressure equipment, confined spaces, and extreme temperatures. Rotational schedules and extended shifts are common. Safety is a top priority, with rigorous training protocols and PPE may include hard hats, gloves, and high-visibility clothing provided to mitigate risks.
