ESSENTIAL DUTIES
• Creativity, innovation of assigned tasks
• Reliability, be available to complete tasks as required by internal/external customer requirements
• May be required to communicate internally in the department or with individuals directly associated with assigned tasks (verbal and written)
• Take verbal and/or written directions on tasks, training, or department/company policies
• Provide verbal and/or written results, a summary of tasks, or requests to various persons during the execution of tasks
• Produce the end product of requested tasks in the form of components, assemblies, drawings, data files, or reports as requested under routine supervision
• Provide product assistance to Manufacturing or Distribution as requested
• Perform Engineering tests, product reliability tests, and/or performance tests from defined written test procedures, under the supervision of an Engineer or Supervisor as requested.
• Perform product testing and teardown analysis for Product Claims under routine supervision
• Provide support to Project Leads on specific project tasks
• Fulfill assigned duties as outlined in your individual Career Development Plan
• Record daily activities
• Other duties, as assigned to support company goals
All other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Sustained posture in a seated position for prolonged periods
- Able to stand for long periods
- The occasional physical demand of moving or rearranging files and file storage boxes, and or product
- Fast-paced work environment
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred Associates Degree in an Engineering discipline or the equivalent in appropriate education and experience as determined by management
- Preferred experience with CAD software (Design and Manufacturing disciplines)
- Preferred experience with the use of hand and power tools
- Good oral and written skills
- Ability to deal with internal and external customers tactfully and in a professional manner
