Our team is looking for a Planner - PMO to join our team at Chatsworth, CA. This role is critical in providing clear operational line of sight, ensuring license projects are effectively planned, governed, and executed in alignment with PMO and site priorities. A key aspect of this role is serving as a primary analytical interface with customers and
licensors, enabling accurate, timely communication of project status, risks, priorities, and
readiness. You will translate complex operational data into structured insights that align
external partners and internal stakeholders. You will work closely with Program Management, Supply Chain, Value Stream, Finance,
Stockroom, and Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), providing Line of Balance (LOB) visibility,
planning analytics, and ERP governance to support informed decision-making and
successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead analytical support for product line transitions and license projects, ensuring
alignment with contractual commitments, business objectives, and PMO
governance standards. - Develop, maintain, and analyze Line of Balance (LOB) reporting, providing clear
visibility to project progress and proactively identifying risks, constraints, and areas
of concern. - Serve as a key analytical interface with customers and licensors, communicating
status, priorities, risks, and mitigation plans through data-driven insights. - Participate in and support on-site licensor working sessions, including travel as
required, to develop and validate detailed manufacturing cutover and transition
plans. - Support visibility and coordination of products and services delivered from
licensors and suppliers, ensuring alignment to project demand and priorities. - Provide oversight and analytical guidance for work order release and ERP-related
planning activities, validating data accuracy, readiness, and sequencing in line with
PMO processes (execution remains within designated operational roles). - Provide Clear-To-Build (CTB) line of sight, working with IPTs and the stockroom to
ensure prioritization, kitting readiness, and escalation of issues that may impact
execution. - Deliver analytical support to Value Stream teams to enable accurate MRP demand
loading and alignment with project priorities. - Monitor project performance using structured analytics, delivering concise, data-
backed insights to Project Managers and senior stakeholders. - Prepare and present Excel-based analysis, dashboards, and reports to support
SIOP, PMO reviews, and operational governance forums.
• Identify and drive opportunities for process, data, and ERP workflow improvement,
strengthening execution discipline and transparency.
• Build strong working relationships across the PMO and Business-As-Usual (BAU)
teams to ensure alignment between project priorities and daily operations.
• Follow and reinforce PMO processes and procedures, particularly those related to
planning, ERP governance, and project execution standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, including visits to licensors, suppliers, and
customer sites to support planning, cutover, and alignment activities.
To be considered for the Planner -PMO opening, here's what you'll need to bring with you:
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Operations, Supply Chain,
Engineering, Analytics, or a related discipline. - 3-5+ years' experience in an operations analyst, program/project analyst, or
planning role within aerospace, defense, or a regulated manufacturing environment. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables,
data modelling, scenario analysis, and reporting automation. - Proven experience developing and managing Line of Balance (LOB) or equivalent
program-level planning tools - Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems, job order management, and planning-
related governance (Visual ERP desirable) - Experience supporting license transitions, manufacturing cutovers, or supplier
onboarding activities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate insights
clearly at all organizational levels - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience
working directly with external partners - Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities in
fast-paced environments - Continuous-improvement mindset with a strong focus on data accuracy,
governance, and execution discipline
